So I added some buoys; I tried to get more of a shimmering reflection under the rocks in the water, and I added some highlights in the grass to lead you up to the rock.
It probably needs some other things, but I'm going to move on to the rest of the paintings, then go back and fix as needed.

I do like the detail on the close grass. My eye is now attracted more to the big rock configuration, then I see the land of the cape(?) in the distance. I like that flow of interest. The rock in the lower left does not have the same angularity of the other rocks, so it looks a little odd to me.
