This is an underpainting w/ some drawing issues on the left side which I'm aware of. Any suggestions for a palette on this piece? I did this b/c I was struggling to figure the mixing out. I left out the insulators on purpose also.

This was a prep portrait to see how well I could figure out color from a black and white photo. Any suggestions on color change? Or anything else.

New paintings

Here's probably my first serious plein air attempt. I went out with Vince between Avon and Eden. Not a great painting, but I learned a little color-wise
